Job Profile
- Attend to customer inquiries coming through in-bound calls, social media messages, chatbots. Understand the requirements and place bookings on the QuickHelp platform.
- Coordinate with the operations team and service partners to ensure booking fulfillment.
- Make out-bound calls to customers, service partners, and any required party, for feedback, upselling and ad-hoc requirements, when required
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, service partners, operations team, and management
- Work closely with the team lead and the founders to understand better ways to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Be a self learner, and be a motivated individual willing to commit fully to the role
- Have sound knowledge in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Be a patient listener while listening to understand and not listening to just reply
- Have basic computer knowledge and basic proficiency in using internet tools (google sheets, email, other management tools)
- Be career oriented and pursue growth
- Have your own laptop (added advantage – allowance will be provided)

Working time – 8.30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am – 2pm (Saturday or Sunday)
Salary – 25,000 upwards + Benefits (on discussion)
