Mr. Duminda is a Senior Manager with nearly two decades of uninterrupted experience who has a strong passion for Recovery. He started working with Orient Finance PLC (formerly Bartleet Finance PLC) in 2007 as a recovery officer. Since then, he has excelled in a variety of recovery management roles, including central recoveries, branch recoveries, regional recoveries, and pre-legal recoveries. He was appointed as Senior Manager – Recoveries on July 1, 2022, in recognition of his remarkable achievement record.
